Introduction — Walking into the Wild Territory
Every leader, every artist, every human who’s ever risked becoming more than the world expected of them has a threshold moment.
Sometimes it’s a clean break.
Sometimes it’s a slow burn.
Sometimes it’s a day you can’t even circle on the calendar, you only know it in hindsight, because that’s when the air shifted.
This series is my map of those moments.
Four stories from my own life, moments that stripped me down, broke me open, and forced me to choose: shrink back into safety, or step forward into the Wild Territory.
The Wild Territory isn’t a location.
It’s a way of living where your voice, your timing, and your choices belong to you again.
It’s where the rules that kept you small lose their hold, and you begin to write your own.
Each story is paired with a Second Generation Work (SGW) Reflection Frame; the leadership lens I use with my clients to turn lived experience into intentional growth.
I’m not here to hand you a checklist.
I’m here to walk with you into your own Wild Territory and help you see that you’ve always had the authority to navigate it.
